S. B. Ritner

   Last Saturday S. B. Ritner, an old pioneer, died at his home in King's valley, Benton county.  The funeral took place Monday and was very largely attended.  The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Beauchamp of Lewisville, assisted by Rev. Yost of Pedee.  Mr. Ritner was born in Switzerland, in September 1815; came to America in 1840, and came to Oregon five years later.
