   Randolph Marsh Webster, 82, died here recently after a residence in Philomath of 28 years.  He was a native of New Jersey.  In 1868 he married Mary Jane Risley.  They lived in Illinois and Kansas, moving to North Albany in 1875, to Alsea ten years later, and then to Philomath.
   Surviving relatives include the widow, four children, Bert M. Webster, John S. Webster, William R. Webster and Mrs. Lillian Barclay; 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
