- Peter Jensen was the first
individual owner of a particular farm
property in Tumalo in 1914. Peter is
on the first deed and on the 1910,
1920, and 1930 censuses. He was born
in Denmark at about 1866 and was
single at the time of all the
censuses. He sold the property in June
of 1943 and was dead and buried by
September of 1943. He now rests in
Greenwood Cemetery.
