   Mrs. Nancy Ann Robertson, 81, and native of New York state, died at her east side home last night.  She and her surviving husband, W. H. Robertson, came to the valley 39 years ago.  Mrs. Robertson was the mother of Mark Robertson, who won the congressional medal for valor in the Philippines during the Spanish-American war and who was awarded the same decoration for bravery in the great war.  Another son, Robert Robertson of Pine Grove district, and a daughter of California also survive.  Funeral services will be held Saturday at the Pine Grove church, Rev. Troy Shelley, pioneer minister of Odell, officiating.
