Chancy Albert Heath April 16, 1924; Oregonian, p 20 (photo) Grass Valley, Or., April 15 Chancy Albert Heath, who died recently, came to Oregon in 1883, settling in what is now Sherman county, then a part of Wasco county, and was instrumental in forming the new county. He was born in Andover, O., October 6, 1842. He married Eliza Jane Tose in 1865. Five sons were born, two of whom survive, Elmer F. Heath of Grants Pass and Lester Heath of Grass Valley. Mr. Heath removed to Grants Pass in 1910, where he made his home continuously except for year in Grass Valley and a short period in Albany. Mr. Heath was a life long member of the Baptist church.
