   Mrs. D. Sweitzer, daughter of the late Levi Sweitzer, of Westfall, died at Westfall, of blood poisoning, January 30.
   She was 54 years old and had lived in Eastern Oregon since 1870.  She was the mother of ten children, all of whom are living.
