Thomas L. Fine

   Thomas L. Fine died at his home in Joseph, Wallowa county, October 25, 1896.  He was born in Lincoln county, Mo., December 1, 1827, came to this coast at an early age and settled in the Willamette valley in 1852, where he resided until 1864, when he moved with his family to Touchet, Wash.  In 1872 he went to Union county and lived there and in Wallowa county until his death.  Several grown sons and daughters survive him.
