   Anthony Helms, editor and owner of the Mitchell Sentinel, died at his home in Mitchell Wednesday and was buried in Fossil Friday afternoon.  Anthony Helms was born in Missouri October 6, 1842, and was a veteran of the Civil war, in which he served until November 11, 1865, when he came to the Pacific coast.
   He is survived by his widow and three sons, Walter Helms of Big Eddy, Or.; P. C. Helms of Fossil, and O. V. Helms of Beaverton.
