   Jerome H. Parsons, 87 years old, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Estella Wheeler, in Condon, November 25, and the body was brought to Fossil, where it was buried.  Mr. Parsons was one of the pioneers of this part of the country and was known all over eastern Oregon.  Interment was in the Oddfellows' cemetery at Fossil.  He is survived by two sons, Guy H. Parsons of Salem, Or., and Cleve Parsons of Seattle, Wash., and one daughter, Mrs. Estella Wheeler of Condon, Or.
